In this example, we are looking into a keyword we want to rank. In this case, it is "custom wheels." However, while we have a nice "search Trend" for this keyword, the KD (Keyword Difficulty) is 57, which will make it very hard for your site to rank. Keyword difficulty here tells us how much competition is already targeting this keyword and how hard it will be to rank for it.
While DA (Domain Authority) and PA (Page Authority) also play a significant role, we don't want to get too advanced here but handle the basics first. Let's compare it now with our second example, which is targeting the same customer but with a different approach.

We now have over 100,000 more searches for the same customer. The KD (Keyword Difficulty) is now Green with a beautiful number of 23. This signals us that we can rank here on page one very quickly and have four times more traffic than custom wheels.
